Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TTT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TTT only for lawful purposes. You may not: share your account with others, copy or redistribute course content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, harass other users, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TTT platform — including courses, assessments, text, graphics, and code — is owned by TTT or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Payments and Refunds
All subscription fees are charged in advance. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
TTT provides its services 'as is' and makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
